RECRUITMENT

The Association of Magistrates' Courts is the career placement service operated by the Central Council of Magistrates' Courts Committees.

It aims to:

• promote MCCs as employers;
• provide a focus for careers and employment opportunities within magistrates' courts;
• assist MCCs with personnel needs both in the supply of new employees and the co-ordination of employment issues.

If offers:

• the provision of a centralised contact for all MCCs in England and Wales, offering recruitment advice;
• support to employers and employees, matching needs both in skill and geographical location;
• a rapid response to information requests from MCCs and prospective candidates through a regularly maintained database and comprehensive user friendly career information.
